"Annual Goals" Section

Writing down goals can encourage achieving them.

To get the most out of running, planning ahead is key. With this section, you can list your goals, big or small, for the month and year… and check them off as you complete them.

Goals can be anything, really. The more running becomes a part of your life, the more you begin to see the connections between running and things that you might not have realized were related. Pushing your boundaries while out in nature can directly translate into greater confidence and belief in oneself.
