"Weekly Goals" Layout

Just about anything is possible when you set your mind to it.

List your big and small goals for the week, and check them off as you go. This section is the place to set up expectations and the details for your training, nutrition, daily runs, and perhaps the social elements of your running life.

These pages provide enough space for six months’ worth of weekly goal setting. And as with the Annual Goals section, there’s ample space to note goals that may be directly and indirectly related to running.
